Maureen has created comprehensive 200 & 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings for her students to thrive and learn.
How It Works:
All of these courses can be done completely online or with an added in-person element.
- Students receive weekly assignments in the online classroom
- With weekly video chats students get to connect one-on-one with Maureen and with their classmates to deepen their understanding of the practice of yoga
- Monthly students are expected to attend workshops to practice their skills and the lessons learned throughout the program. Students can attend in-person or online from Orlando, FL.
