200 & 300 Grads from our recent YTT

Our 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is Next Level: A Master's Guide to Leveling Up

Alright, my friends, let's talk about the next step on your path. You’ve completed your 200-hour yoga teacher training, you’ve found your voice, and you’ve been sharing the practice with others. But maybe you've felt a familiar nudge—that subtle feeling that you’ve hit a plateau, a hunger for more. It’s the same desire that led me on my own journey to Mysore, India.

This is the next evolution of your teaching. This is our 300-hour yoga teacher training.

The Next Chapter: Beyond the Basics of Your Teaching Career

This program is designed for you—the dedicated teacher who is ready to move beyond the fundamentals and truly master their craft. While your 200-hour training was about learning to teach, this course is about embodying the role of a true teacher and guide.

Over six months, we’ll take a deep dive into the most profound and transformative aspects of the practice. Our goal is to empower you to not only lead a class but to become a source of wisdom for your students, providing them a more well-rounded experience that nourishes the body, mind, and soul.

From Teacher to Guide: The Art of Teaching "Off the Mat"

One of the most powerful skills you'll master is how to teach "off the mat." You will learn to use your words and cues with such precision that you no longer need to demonstrate every posture. This preserves your body and energy for your own personal practice, and more importantly, it helps your students truly listen and connect to their own bodies.

Through the study of the gurus of modern yoga, you'll learn to embody the traits of great teachers who have guided students for thousands of years. We’ll take a deep dive into the anatomy of advanced asanas like inversions, backbends, and arm balances, and you’ll learn to provide safe, helpful adjustments that will take your teaching to the next level.

At the end of the program, you will be able to present a one-hour yoga workshop on any of the topics introduced throughout the program. This will help you market yourself as a more valuable teacher, provide continuing education to your students, and significantly increase your offerings.

This training is not just a certification; it’s a commitment to your own spiritual growth. We'll take a deep dive into philosophy, Sanskrit chanting, and the core spiritual aspects of yoga that often get overlooked in foundational trainings.

A Holistic Path: Healing From the Inside Out

You know I believe that food is medicine, and in this training, we take that a step further. During our monthly in-person or live online practicums, we will dedicate time to Ayurveda lessons involving food. For those attending in person, I'll prepare an Ayurvedic lunch for you, explaining the benefits for each Dosha. For those online, we’ll prepare a meal together and discuss its benefits afterwards. This is where you learn to truly embody the Sattvic lifestyle and empower your students to do the same.

This is a perfect fit if you are ready to:

  • Deepen your own yoga practice beyond the asanas.
  • Empower your students with a more complete, spiritual experience.
  • Elevate your career by becoming a highly knowledgeable and respected teacher.

Are you ready to truly embody the role of a teacher and guide?
